The wide mouth jar makes pouring flour back in so easy, and the screw-on sifter attachment catches lumps perfectly. I've been using it daily for baking and the lid keeps everything fresh between uses.

I've been using the wide mouth jar to store my flour and the screw-on sieve catches every lump before it hits the bowl. The lid seals well enough that I don't worry about it going stale between bakes.
