Kilner Küchenkomposter

The handle makes it so easy to tip scraps into the compost pile one-handed, and the carbon filters have kept any smells completely at bay so far. It's the perfect size for our counter, not too bulky but holds a surprising amount.

Wasn't sure a countertop bin could be this tidy, but the easy grip handle makes it effortless to carry out every evening. Two carbon filters mean I actually forget it's sitting there, even after a week of veggie peels and coffee grounds.

The carbon filters actually work—my kitchen doesn’t smell like last night’s onion peels anymore, which was my biggest worry. It’s solid stainless steel, so it doesn’t feel flimsy when I carry it to the garden bin, and the 2 litre size fits neatly under the sink.
