Kilner ジャム瓶用温度計＆蓋リフター

The lid lifter grips the hot jar rims securely without slipping, which made my first batch of pickles so much easier. And the thermometer’s markings are easy to read while the pot’s bubbling away, so I never overshot the setting temperature.

The thermometer readings are spot-on for getting jam to setting point without constant stirring, and the lifter's hooked end makes pulling hot jars out of the water bath a total breeze. I've used it three times this week for pickles and preserves, and it's already paid for itself.

The thermometer readings are spot-on, which takes the guesswork out of getting jam to setting point. And the lid lifter grabs those hot jars securely without any slipping, so no more burnt fingers or dropped seals.
