Kilner® Set of 2 Butter Paddles

These paddles are beautifully made and the deep grooves really do work—my first batch of butter came out perfectly dry and smooth. They feel solid in the hand and clean up easily, which is exactly what you want for this kind of job.

Was a bit nervous about making my own butter but these paddles made it feel way less intimidating. The grooves really do squeeze out the buttermilk efficiently, and they’re comfortable to grip even when my hands got cold and wet. Great set for the price.

The deep grooves did exactly what they’re supposed to—my butter came out noticeably drier and less buttermilk-y than my old spoon method. They’re light and easy to grip, and clean up in seconds under warm water. I’ve made three batches this week just for an excuse to use them again.
