Mia W. ★★★★★

The glass jar feels sturdy and the cloth cover fits snugly, so I didn't have to fuss with rubber bands or loose lids. My starter bubbled up nicely by day three, and the set really does have everything you need to get going without hunting for extra bits.

Natalie U. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about getting sourdough going from scratch, but this kit makes it so easy with everything you need in one box. The jar is the perfect size for watching the starter bubble up and the instructions are clear enough for a total beginner.

Stella ★★★★★

The little cloth cover fits snugly and lets the starter breathe without drying out, so I don't have to baby it every morning. My first loaf came out tangy and airy after just a week of feeding.
